For Brokers interested in listing our properties, we expect (but not limited to) the following minimum requirements: |

|
|
|
Meet general insurance requirements, as outlined in the Master Listing Agreement |
|
|
|
Complete Monthly Status Reports |
|
|
|
Complete Initial Occupancy Status Reports |
|
|
|
Must have efficient communication channels and response time (i.e. email, internet, phone, fax machine, etc) |
|
|
|
Provide adequate resources to meet the requirements for your specified services and coverage areas |
|
|
|
Provide Broker Price Opinions |
|
|
|
Provide current and active local and/or state real estate and broker licenses |
|
|
|
Provide at least three (3) credible references |
|
|
|
A minimum of three (3) years of consistent, demonstrated experience in real estate; and a minimum of one (1) year of REO experience |
|
|
|
Have a history of providing quality, reliable and flexible service |
