Knight Home Solutions (KHS) partners with appraisers, property maintenance/management, and inspectors to service single-family properties located across the United States. KHS selects subcontractors on a competitive basis and should meet (but not limited to) the following minimum requirements:
|

 |
Have a history of providing quality, reliable and flexible service |
|
A minimum of two (2) years of consistent, demonstrated experience in the field of service in which you are applying |
|
Provide at least three (3) credible references |
|
Meet the minimum liability and workers compensation insurance requirements, as applicable |
|
Provide current and active local and/or state licenses in the field of service in which you are applying |
|
Provide adequate resources to meet the requirements for your specified services (i.e. equipment, human resources, tools, etc) |
|
Must have efficient communication channels and response time (i.e. email, internet, phone, fax machine, etc) |
|
